File a Claim

One of an Insurance Agency's standards of service is in Claims Management . At Dawkins & Associates we are your advocate in the claims process and are here to assist you in any way that we can in the event of a claim, no one wants to have a claim but inevitably they can and do happen, when they do they need to be filed and we want to help make that experience as easy as possible for our clients.

Our role in your claim is to serve as a connection between you and the insurance company’s adjuster on your more difficult claims. We strive to achieve open communication between all parties and encourage fast and fair solutions to your claim. We are available to analyze challenging claims situations and walk with you through the process until your claim is finalized. Helping you to get back to “normal life” quickly and with as little inconvenience as possible is our priority.

If your claim has occurred during a normal business day and normal operating hours for our agency we ask that you contact us and let us gather the information and file the claim with the carrier on your behalf.   After Hour Claim Reporting is a telephone call away please contact the carrier directly after normal office hours to report a claim.
